The Content Warrior Challenge is a landmark event for Project 24 members. Every six months members stretch themselves to create massive amounts of content for their online business in a single calendar month. The goal is to earn 1, 550 points from creating written, video, and/or audio content in a single calendar month. This challenge will run from March 1-31, 2025.
Progress will be tracked with a simple form and spreadsheet. That way you can see how you’re doing compared to others and compared to the goal. Reporting will be on the honor system. We do recommend you keep a personal record of your progress outside of the tracking sheet.
Only Project 24 members are invited to participate in this challenge. We’ll be recognizing those who complete the challenge in the Community.
Anyone who completed the challenge in the designated month will get a special edition Content Warrior badge on their Community profile.
You’ll also have new content for your site or channel. That’s a huge boost no matter where you are in the process!
Don’t worry. We’re not into public humiliation and shaming here. Do your best and at very least, you’ll get a great new batch of content on your site to propel it forward!
Written Content
– 25 pts – Write a post (less than 1,499 words)
– 50 pts – Write a post (more than 1,500 words)
– 10 pts – Review/Edit/Update a post
– 5 pts – Publish a post
– 10 pts – Create an infographic
Video/Audio Content
– 10 pts – Record a short-form video (shorts, reels, clips)
– 10 pts – Record B-roll or secondary camera footage
– 25 pts – Record a long-form video
– 10 pts – Edit a short-form video
– 25 pts – Edit a long-form video
– 10 pts – Create an engaging title & thumbnail
– 5 pts – Publish a video!
Social Media
– 5 pts – Pinterest
– 5 pts – Tiktok/Reels
– 5 pts – Insta/Facebook/LinkedIn
Other (info product, ebook, other content tasks)
– 25 pts – 1 hour of other content related work
Sure. This is all about getting things done! If you use writers, editors, or any other types of outsourcing you can count their work toward your total.
Absolutely. The goal is to create content. That’s where we tend to get bogged down.
Tasks must be started and completed within the challenge month to count.
For example: a video recorded in Feb, edited in March, and planned to publish in April would only earn Content Warrior points for the editing completed in March.
That is what the “other” category is for! Give yourself 25 points for any content related activities that aren’t listed.
Yes! You can count any content progress completed during the, regardless of whether the final product is published.
No, sorry. The Content Warrior Challenge runs for the calendar month. Everyone starts and stops on the same day.
Life is busy. The goal is to make 1,550 points by the end of the month. Pacing yourself to 50 pts a day will keep you on track, how much you create each day is entirely up to you.
You’ll get an exclusive badge to show off in the Community, but the real point of this is to get you energized to create. A group challenge with the support of other members can be extremely motivating.
